Just wondering as I have not seen much information about this...what is the advice on caring for yourself or other people at home if you have quite bad symptoms?

Also wondering when breathlessness becomes an emergency. To be being out of breath would be so odd and so upsetting to witness in someone else, so I don't know how I would tell when it was bad bad if you know what I mean.
