Toddler temp

Toddler started with temp and cough today so going to be self isolating.

Any other time i would alternate calpol and Nurofen but considering advice about ibuprofen ive been giving calpiol only working fine.

Hes had 3 doses since 8am how do i keep his temp down all night with only 1 dose left?

Keep him just a vest and nappy, cool room, no heating on. I wouldn't put a fan on him incase he feels cold and starts shivering which will increase his temp. Ring 111 if he gets worse or his condition changes.
