Working out our CCI

Someone kindly linked to this on another post to help us work out our CCI:

I have a couple of points and questions.

(1) I read on anther thread that a person's BMI is taken into account when deciding who to e.g. ventilate when there are too many patients who need it. My BMI is 22, so in my case that should hopefully be ok. -- Weight is not mentioned in that list though?

(2) One point is COPD. Would they include asthma under this? Cystic fibrosis? Other lung conditions? Would they also look at severity of these conditions when they are variable e.g. mild, moderate, severe etc?

(3) With the NHS so under-resourced, could just 1 point be enough to mean no intensive care. Or even 0 points?

Thanks for your advice.
