Announcement tonight?

If you google 'Boris News' this article comes up which seems to suggest Boris Johnson will be addressing the nation tonight? Surely if he does, that's going to be a big announcement as i didn't think he would today after the 2pm conference with the other people.

Anyone able to find any other confirmation? I can't see it on any other news sites.

Probably just an old headline that hasn't been changed from this morning. The date of the last change in the article (8 mins ago) will refer to the live stream underneath, most likely, not the headline.
