Is rationing the answer ?

There is no sign of the panic buying slowing down . Supermarkets are recruiting and the stock is replenished but it's going quickly.
Things like bread , tinned food , toilet roll & medicine hard to get . I suspect some people are buying some things and selling on at a higher price that and panic buying.
So do you think rationing is the answer? That way everyone gets their share .
