What are you doing during this time?

We are taking vitamins and trying to eat veg with each meal.

We are also still trying to keep active during the social distancing - thank goodness we live where we do and can get out in the space. Currently on 9,274 steps today.

Trying to avoid social media and rely on trustworthy news like Guardian and government sites.

Also trying to turn things into positive things,

I've started juicing again!carrots, celery, oranges.
Trying to have glass everyday. Taking vit d supplements.
Trying to shed some belly fat.
I've totally cut back on alcohol.
But I had a scare earlier this week that I have it (dizzy, suddenly deeply fatigued, shivery, dioreha, stomach pain). Maybe I do still have it 🤔 but it's made me stop drinking for the moment!

(probably too little too late)
I did some sit ups this morning, waved my legs in the air and tried to jog upstairs.
