Childcare for giving birth

I am due to give birth in June around the expected peak. I already have a daughter who is 2. The plan was for my parents to watch her but they are almost 70. They would agree to, but I don’t know if it is fair for them to be put at risk.

I am taking time from work so my daughter isn’t at nursery, but my husband is a doctor so my daughter could be exposed and pose a risk to them. In terms of other options, my sister/BIL could have her but they are teachers ( now working on a rota).

Any thoughts? I’m desperate not to have to give birth alone after a traumatic first birth but don’t know what is best Sad
