Thought I'd start a more positive thread for those who are at home. What are you getting done round the house? We had a big clean yesterday which felt good! Today we've been out in the garden - chopped a tree down which will be replaced by a mini allotment. Would have been doing this anyway this year but thought we'd get on it now. Just got to get rid of the grass and put a raised bed there now! And get some fences up so next door's kids can't stare at us the whole time...

What's everyone else getting up to?

We have started work in our back garden. Got some fresh play sand to clean and refresh the sand pit, scrubbing down the Wendy house and doing a bit of weeding. Got some new seeds to plant as well.

Going to do some painting inside too as we're in the middle of redecorating downstairs. Get some shelves up too.

Think I'm going to get some soapy water and give our front door a bit of a scrub too. It's looking a little sad and mucky right now

Our houses will be perfect in a couple of weeks! We've just moved in last year so lots to do. Painting every room in the house is on the list!

I've got all sorts of jobs on a list to keep me going and I really want to get going now, but I'm in for 12 weeks, so need to pace myself!

I have brought my delivery of my dining room table forward from the school holidays too, since I'm not there now, so I'll be starting a jigsaw puzzle on Monday.

I've only got an hour at the most of work every day and that'll be done by 9am, so this weekend is reserved for lying on the sofa!Grin

We moved 4 months ago and had DS2 4 days later so we've still barely unpacked!
But we are going to finally sort my voice studio and then hopefully put up a shemving storage system in the hall way.

Other than that there's loads of general cleaning and tidying that needs to happen but its not easy with a 2 yo and a baby to get it done!

I emptied the wardrobe in our spare room, the room looks like something really bad has happened. I stepped inside my wardrobe and discovered there was no narnia or an M&S simply food so I left the room and shut the door. I'll get to it tomorrow, I'm in this for the long haul, can't do it all at once Grin

DH is replacing our dining room floor & skirting boards. Luckily we bought all the stuff we need weeks ago.

We'll sort out the garden a bit as well.
