I always tend to be on the warmer side but no idea what my "normal" temperature is.
I get night sweats in the days running up to my period and it's now Day 1 and I'm feeling pretty warm. Temperature today has fluctuated between 37.2 and 37.7 (currently and I'm around 37.5).
Any know whether high temp is generally considered normal at start of period?
Re other symptoms - I'm coughing a bit but not continuously and think it's allergy-related. Headachey too but that's normal for me at start of period (and during times of stress!).
