I Feel Such a Fraud

I had mild muscle aches burning chest pains earlier in the week, with a dry cough materialising on Wednesday. After hearing a recording of 'the cough', I then decided to self-isolate on Thursday (and so stop the DC going to school for the last 2 days, one of which was my P7's last of primary). Wake up Friday and still have 'the cough', but all other symptoms gone. I now have the guilt that I've panicked everyone for no reason - is it possible to get 'it' that mildly?

I think no one can say definitively without testing, but you are doing absolutely the right thing based on your symptoms.
