Symptons

I work part time and took Thursday off as my glands are up and throat sore. I work in nhs and see vulnerable patients.
I told my boss that I didn’t have a cough or temperature which is true.

However my throat is getting worse and internally I feel cold.
I have a daughter and she is due to go to see her Dad today for access.
I have also booked her into the school next week.

I have read the chills and sore throat (it does feel very dry) can be a symptom before the fever and or cough.
What would you do?
Thanks

Personally I think if you are worried self isolate straight away. This is most infectious time of virus.

Self isolation. Can your daughter go to her dad (am thinking as a (possible) Dingle parent it’ll be hard for her if you’re really ill.

I thought that was an Emmerdale Farm reference! 😁

Thanks all.
I’m not back to work until Tuesday. I will isolate and if I’m the same or worse I will remain off.
I have a friend who is a paramedic who was sent home from work straight away as he had a sore throat and a bit of a headache.
The focus in temp and or cough.
There must be pre symptoms before these come on.
Take care.
