What will change for you after this has all calmed down?
I think for me I would like to be more spontaneous and enjoy the here and now.
I make so many plans and like things to go to “plan” too.
I also think that I wait for the perfect time. The perfect time for me to look my best weight, face, clothes wise. This can stop me from doing the spontaneous things as I worry about what people think.
I want to from now on take me for me and just enjoy every day for the things it brings. Whether those things are the every day little things or the big things I would love to do that I usually plan so much for!
