Like heartburn?

I've looked at symptoms online and seen nothing about heart burn or like a hot gullet/lungs. I notice I was out of breath walking earlier, and I have a deep dry cough.

But it's the heartburn sensation that doesn't feel right. Anyone else had that?

You can also get the same sensation with stress ....
