We're a week into isolation as dh had a persistent but mild cough so his work (NHS) asked him to isolate as precaution. Fair enough. He's back to work next week and rest of the family continuing to 14days. None of the rest of us have shown any symptoms as yet. Assuming we won't. I know you can't know for sure but we're pretty certain dh does NOT have covid19.
So, if someone else in the household were to come down with a cough or temp in a few weeks, we'd all have to self isolate again? Just in case. I've got that right haven't I?
I have 3 kids. I'm key worker in a school and dh key worker in a hospital. Kids will be going back to school so we can work so one of us is bound to catch something else before long. Work is gonna think we're taking the piss aren't they?
I have no issues with doing it as I want to protect others but I can see me being out of work more than I'm in!
