Coronavirus in children?

My 11 yr old son was very ill last weekend. 111 said it was unlikely to be coronavirus, as his symptoms were so severe. They said that the virus normally presents mildly in children. His symptoms presented in this order:
Sore, scratchy throat
High fever
Bad headache/sore eyes
Nausea/unpleasant taste in mouth
Dry cough
Chest pain

He's now on day 9, much better but still weak.
Has anyone else experienced similar?

We've all had a bout of similar. My 22 year old DD is never severely ill and she was wiped out for over a week.

This is why we need more testing to be happening.
