Aibu... looking after a cousin

Ok so I took my kids out of school on weds, want to stay as well as humanly possible, elderly parents (who I'm not visiting, just helping sort food etc), working from home so can isolate reasonably well. Doing well self isolating, no play dates or outings, but using a lot of Skype, keeping home deliveries as clean as possible and the like... feel like I'm working hard at it... but a family member is a key worker and doesn't want her kid going to school and wants me to have her instead... it goes against what I think we are meant to be doing and if I'm being truly honest, I feel like I'm working so hard to keep my family healthy and having another kid come in and out would kibosh everything I've set up so far... but also feel like a selfish cow to say no... what would you do?
