NHS Redeployment

Hi, as staff gear up for redeployment, how are you coping ??I’m scared !! I don’t know where I will go, what I will be faced with, as the major incident unfolds, I’m proud to be RMN, but I’m pooping it too 😩

Also scared. I don't know where or in what environment I'll be working. I don't know how I'll cope. I'm worried about my health. I'm worried about keeping my dogs safe and fed. I think scared is normal right now.

I almost think it will be better once we're in it. It's the fear of the unknown which is overwhelming right now.

Yes, completely agree, the uncertainty is terrifying
Just hope to get through it.
When are you finding out where u go ??

Currently in community support and not sure where I will be moved to.
I imagine it will be getting people home and safe from hospital to free up space.
I imagine I will hear in the next few weeks.
