My mother in law is going back to work after a year of retirement (she’s a nurse). I feel sick with dread. I know that’s selfish but I love her so much. I’m so proud of her, and everyone who is stepping up in this crisis.
I’m feeling so much tenderness for the family of NHS workers this evening. It’s a very sharp fear.
