QVC Today’s Special Value complaints

I had an email from QVC referring to their TSV today apologising for their insensitivity and the TSV item seems to have been removed.

I was curious as to what it was and so looked at my earlier email and it was a 3 piece luggage collection.

Curious as to whether anyone else had seen this. I understand why a lot of people wouldn’t feel the need to buy luggage at the moment but I wouldn’t rule out buying it for the future, if a good deal, and not sure complaining is warranted. Unless people are really upset that their holidays have been cancelled? Am I missing the point?

There are things I buy that I might not need as much of now. I was thinking today I shouldn’t need (want) to buy clothes, shoes, make up etc as I probably won’t be leaving the house much...
