Self isolation and fathers access?

I’d like to self isolate for a few weeks as I have bad asthma and I’m prone to bronchitis. However, my ex works in a busy shop so if he’s still seeing our children it kind of defeats the object of self isolating! Do normal visitation rights count under a pandemic does anyone know? I know if we got it then they wouldn’t, but if we’re choosing to self isolate I’m not sure. My solicitor has said he thinks visitation would stay the same unless one of us has it. I’m also worried about my ex trying to keep the kids if they even get a sniffle. He was quite abusive to me and the kids are scared of him so that would devastate them if he did. Thanks for any advice from anyone going through/wondering similar.

I am having the same predicament. I do not know the answer.

From other countries who are in isolation, children are able to be transported from home to home.

There’s no clear answer on this. I’d try to have a conversation as best as I could with ex

I've been wondering about this too. Luckily my ex has agreed to Skype calls for now, but I'm wondering how others are handling this. Also the domestic violence rates will probably skyrocket now Sad

I think the same :-(
