Does anyone else keep getting this really strange sensation that the past few weeks have all been a dream and you're loosing the plot a bit? It's awful when reality kicks in.

Exactly what I've been saying to people, it's so surreal, I can't believe this is happening.

Yes! I can’t quite pin down how I’m feeling about it, I woke up this morning and it took a minute to remember what was happening.

I work at home so it’s not a huge chance for me on a practical level. Not seeing my DP for the last week due to self isolating has been hard. Seeing the footage of hospitals in Italy was terrifying last night.
