My son has his 11th birthday in 2 weeks. We were supposed to be away with family with a birthday party with friends the following day. I am trying to think of how to make it a good birthday still. So far, I have:
we all gather around his bed when he wakes up and sing happy birthday and cards/pressies
kitchen decorated with balloons
bike ride on his new bike (if that is still allowed by then)
face time with grandparents
virtual games with different groups of friends (is there any tech that allows multiple people to dial in at the same time for one big game?)
birthday tea
board games tournament
movie night
Any other ideas please, especially any quirky ideas or technology enabled ones?
