I could have posted in health but thought I'd get more advice here.
Obviously I may not actually have coronavirus but along with other things I have an awful cough. My stomach hurts so much from coughing and it's making me feel so sick. Nothing seems to help and it's just constant. Any tips? Obviously cough medicine or throat lozenges are all sold out.

I've had a rotten cough for nearly a week, only thing that is helping mine is Night Nurse, I'm breaking the 20ml recommended dose down to 4 × 5ml doses through the day.

Pineapple juice (if you can get it) can be good for coughs.

A hot toddy? Whisky, lemon, honey in hot water with a spoon of sugar.

Lemon juice, honey and hot water is more effective at suppressing a tickly, dry cough than expensive cough mixture!
