Any MNers here who suspect they've had it but gotten over it? Worrying if i may have it

I'm a bit worried and don't know whether I'm being a hypochondriac. I do live in a hotspot.

Last week I had pains in my legs like I had done a heavy work out in the gym. No other symptoms.

Yesterday morning I took a walk up the local fields (being careful to avoid the very few people i saw) and by the time I reached the top of the hill my chest was burning which is unusual for me.

Then yesterday evening I suddenly developed sharp abdominal pain and mild diarreah. I've also had back pain.

I slept alot and feel quite fatigued today. Horrible taste in mouth.

No temperature so far and I wouldn't say I have a cough, but do have the sensation of needing to clear my throat. I also have a strange sensation in my chest, like pinching (anxiety maybe?)

My children have had mild coughs today so we are now quarantining ourselves.

Has anybody else had the virus (suspected or confirmed) and experienced any of this? I know you can have it without the temperature and extreme cough.

Or is that still to come?

I have/had it possibly

I had a terrible dry cough where I couldn’t catch my breath.

Fever and sweats and then just exhaustion.

Today is day 8 and apart from a slight cough, I’m just about better

Might not be it. Might have been some other random virus. But I self isolated just in case

Oh soub I'm sorry to hear that. What you've listed definitely sounds more like the official list of symptoms to look out for. Have you found it to be manageable?

Yeah not too bad.

Just been in bed mostly and ventured to the toilet/bath but that’s about it.

Dh refuses to let me leave the room. So I get waited on hand and foot, all the tv I want and no kids to educate as he has to do it Grin

In reality, sounds fun but by the end of day 2 it’s boring

*I had a terrible dry cough where I couldn’t catch my breath.

Fever and sweats and then just exhaustion.*

I had these same symptoms, in early February. I'm self-employed so managed to cancel or postpone work for two weeks and felt awful... just slept. Cough took about three weeks to go.. Fiancé had it too.

No idea if it's the same, as @Soubriquet said it could just be another virus, but I wonder if it was.

The not knowing is frustrating isn't it. I think if I had those symptoms (fever, cough, sweats) I would be comfortable self diagnosing with coronavirus on the basis it is so widespread where I am.

It's the feeling unwell but having less common symptoms (though documented in some cases) that is making me wonder.

My DH is off work on the basis that I'm not well so I'm making the most of him being about to help.

The next few months is going to be extremely stressful for everybody.

I had a raging temp (104 at one point), horrendous chills which was like being constantly injected with ice cold liquid in the afternoons and evenings, then feeling boiling with sweat literally running down my back, with muscular aches which weren’t too severe. I had dizziness and weakness on standing but could lay on sofa during the day. No nasal congestion or sore throat.

The cough started on Day 5 and it was atrocious, seriously like something was going to blow in my brain. Rib pain from coughing as well as pelvic floor issuesBlush. From Day 7 I could get back on my feet.

It’s now over 6 weeks later and I still have anintermittent cough with lots of mucus and a very snotty nose for the last 2 weeks Confused. Still a bit less energy too.

Whole family had it in varying degrees with me and DH being the worst affected, well me actually, not that DH would agree Grin.

Started in our household in early Feb. DD commutes into London and started first with lethargy, slight cough and mild sore throat.

I had flu 20 years ago and this was much worse than that for me anyway.

I got home on wednesday and developed a sore throat, which develped into a cough. I felt really tight chested on thursday and struggled to breath. Dh on the other hand had exactly the same symptom of sore throat and persistent cough but no tight chest but complained of dizziness. Hubby then came down with a fever last night. Between us we had all the symtoms. DC 8 and 5 had no symptoms. Feeling weak now, and a little out of breath. There is no way of knowing but ive never felt ill like that before. If i had u derlying conditions i would have been in hospital for sure. Currently in self isolation
