Are you working from home, if so what is your job role?
inthemoment1990 · 20/03/2020 13:03
Just that really - interested in what others job roles are working from home?
WhereverIMayRoam · 20/03/2020 13:07
Insurance claims handler. About 80% of staff in our company are now working from home.

LefttoherownDevizes · 20/03/2020 13:10
Admin at a uni - data analytics mainly and upgrades mainly - data side easy, testing new upgrades is much harder
iwanttoshakesomeppl · 20/03/2020 13:11
Accountant. I can do my work when the kids are in bed if I struggle to during the day.
PumpkinPie2016 · 20/03/2020 13:16
Teacher (secondary).
I will be setting/monitoring work, keeping in touch with students.
Leading my team in writing schemes of learning/resources for next year etc.
I also care for my Nan so will be doing that.
Menora · 20/03/2020 13:17

I am coordinating staffing and clinics etc
thirstyformore · 20/03/2020 13:17

DonnaDarko · 20/03/2020 13:18
Customer services for a company that raises funds for good causes.
Already worked from home, everyone in this organisation works remotely
Useryokyesno · 20/03/2020 13:22
Project manager for cultural project with a museum. I've just gone totally freelance and this will be the only thing I do for a while. I am an artist so can make art but not much else. Much of the work I do as an artist involves working with communities. So won't happen for a while.
TheCanterburyWhales · 20/03/2020 13:23
Teacher- secondary. Moved to online when lockdown came to Italy last week.
new0rules · 20/03/2020 13:26
Communications (for a specialist area) for a global bank. I was put on wfh for the foreseeable last Friday. I could have done it sooner easily and am annoyed I wasn’t allowed to - needless spreading.
AndNoneForGretchenWieners · 20/03/2020 13:37
Civil servant in one of the critical departments. We are all pretty much working from home. Our offices are open but we are discouraged from going in.
CoolcoolcoolcoolcoolNoDoubt · 20/03/2020 13:42
I'm a uni administrator. Thankful for Google Drive right now!
FenellaVelour · 20/03/2020 14:05
Social worker. Fortunately can adapt my role to work entirely from home, I’m very lucky.
Mintjulia · 20/03/2020 16:27
We’re a networking and remote working tech company. Everyone is working from home except two people in dispatch, who are both under 25 and without dependents.
SallyGardens · 20/03/2020 16:29
I'm a Maths teacher and DH is a Sys Admin in a multi-national - both working from home since last Friday when the schools in Ireland were closed and other businesses were asked to move to home working where possible. We also have 3 teenagers doing schoolwork online, one in an exam year, so our broadband is getting tested to its limit.
NotMeNoNo · 20/03/2020 16:39
Designer and manager in an engineering firm. 100% working at home since Tuesday, already getting MS Teams fatigue! I've been WFH odd days for a while so do have a decent set up.
Oysterbabe · 20/03/2020 16:45
PI Lawyer. Mostly button bashing on a computer which is easily done from home.
moita · 20/03/2020 16:47
PA to a director of a charity. Can do most of my work from home.
Bookworm83 · 20/03/2020 16:48
Operations assistant manager for a tour operator. Although I've just started my maternity leave today.
Megan2018 · 20/03/2020 16:51
I’m on mat leave but my mat cover is WFH so I would be too (will be if this isn’t over by the Summer!) - senior manager in a faculty of a University.
DH is permanently WFH in financial services.
coffeeagogo · 20/03/2020 16:53
HR for large professional services. Work at home 80% of the time anyway but will be more fun with the kids here next week
DrDreReturns · 20/03/2020 16:54
Software Engineer. My company have invested heavily in remote working recently which is just as well! They've also spent a lot on equipment for my 'office' e.g. a big monitor.
