Slight cough should I worry?
Safiyah2020 · 20/03/2020 11:43
I've woken up today with a dry cough. Not that persistent but it's there and yesterday I had a runny nose. Still not that bad, but there. My husband is traveling back from our other house today (45 min drive) so not far at all, but should I tell him about this before he comes? Could it be a corona symptom? Should I tell him to wait a few days to see if it gets worse? I would normally think this is just a normal cold and not worry but now with everything going on in the world I'm paranoid.

Tell him to stay away.
If he stays away then you will only need to self-isolate for 7 days if you don't have anyone else in your household.

I have two children aged 5 years. But they seem fine. If its just a cold v corona would it just not get worse than this?

You don't need to panic unless you have underlying health conditions, but you do need to self isolate starting immediately.
I'm in quarantine too due to high temperature; I'm also pregnant and due any day now so it's a bit worrying but self isolation is the best thing we can do.
