Hi,
We have a nanny for our 2 children (one school age one younger). Our nanny is continuing to work whilst she (plus us) do not have any symptoms.
She has started to mention that her partner is unhappy with her working as they should be isolating and she will bring germs back into the house.
Does anyone have thoughts on this? As there is currently no lock down I thought she would continue whilst we were all symptom free? Both myself and my husband are working from home but it’s ‘proper’ work eg on conference calls all day.
We had confirmed to her that we would pay her Full salary if she falls sick. If however she opts to self isolate without a lock down that is a personal choice which I would support her decision but feel reluctant to pay full salary.
Would really welcome support on what others are doing
