Key worker - transport

Not sure if anyone else falls into this category - I work for a national chain of motor factors (we supply car parts to the public and to garages) . Is this a "key worker"? Or are they referring more to Highways England, National Rail etc? The guidance isn't clear at all.

Update. My HR have sent a letter over to present to the nursery. It seems I am indeed, a key worker.
