How to help from home

I'm in the high risk group and so I can't be out helping others in the way I would want to. Other than self-isolating and spreading that message, I'd like to feel like I was being socially useful in some way.
Any thoughts on best charities to donate to at the moment? (Food banks?)
And what I could do to help others from home?

Food banks if you’re able to, can imagine they’re running pretty sparse with all the stockpiling taking place Sad domestic violence charities might also be a good idea, though I’m unsure what kind of assistance they may need. Can see a spike in DV happening throughout this Sad
