Vulnerable group NHS worker Frontline

Just interested what provision NHS managers have made for frontline workers who fall into vulnerable category. Have you had a risk assessment and been told to carry on or are you able to isolate? I sense the rules from the gov.uk guidelines don’t apply to us otherwise there would be hardly any staff left!

The trust issued guidance for at risk groups to speak to managers, as a result I am to continue as normal with the added provision of telephoning before visiting (district nursing) and checking the house is symptom free and I will not be asked to visit patients who are unwell with symptoms. I am also increasing my hours to full time as of Monday while this situation continues.

Thank you for your kind response, hoping we can stay strong to help the patients.
