A thread to offer practical help to others?

I'm in Northants (near Wellingborough). If anyone nearby needs anything or has elderly relatives living near here that need anything then I'm happy to drop supplies off/leave on doorsteps.

Perhaps if we could all do this it would help those who don't live near relatives.

We have a local group on Facebook but it's descended into tip-offs of which shops have stock rather than practical help!
