SN Children - Home or School Provision
ShastaBeast · 19/03/2020 17:35
What are your plans or hopes with regards to provision or staying home?
I have an ADHD child with autistic traits (ASD assessment has just been cancelled because of the virus). Plus a probably dyslexic child (assessment in summer/autumn).
My eldest loves school and was very upset to have to stay home today after we developed symptoms. The youngest is happy as she struggles so much with the work. Trying to teach them myself will be a nightmare.
We don’t need childcare luckily but given the choice I’m not sure what is best. I’m leaning towards staying home to reduce risk/demands on the limited provision.
