This is baffling me a little. My Son's School closed yesterday mainly due to staffing levels. I am able to work from home as from next week & my son will have plenty of work to do given by school. However, his best friend has already been asking him to play out & if he can come round to play on his PS4 with him.

Surely this is not advisable?

I was thinking of taking him to the park & countryside etc & maybe bike rides with us both but no contact with his friends. How does this sound?

I've told my dc they won't be having play dates but we can video chat, go for walks in the forest and play in the garden. The measures to delay only work if everyone complies.
