Hotels in France

Could anyone living in France tell me whether hotels are still open? Just a room, no kind of room service or food, which would take a dog. We are stuck in Spain and might need to drive to Calais from Andalusia and take the euro tunnel. All hotels in Spain have now closed.

Sorry I meant to add I am obviously googling but not all information seems to be up to date. Ferries from Spain to uk cancelled indefinitely so looking for a plan B. Looking for somewhere close to the French/Spanish border 🙈. Sleeping in the car is looking increasingly likely ☹️
