Key workers children in school

I have a 4 year old son. We live with my partner and he goes to his dads every other weekend. My son school says that key workers children can stay in school. My partner works as a delivery driver (which comes under key worker), does this count? We're not married which I'm sure will complicate things. They need to know by tomorrow so need to know ASAP. TIA

Our school have said BOTH parents need to be key workers to come under this ? Are you a key worker too? It worth asking the school ours have also said target haven't had all the guidelines yet but they are starting to gauge how many parents are key workers today.
