Working from home with a 1 year old

Anyone else doing this?

Do you know if we are allowed to change our working hours or be excused from Skype meetings?

Ask your manager. Mine said we can be flexible about hours.

Same here, we'll 20months it's nearly impossible I'm just trying to do what I can. I think as long as your making an effort to work most bosses will be fine.

My manager is allowing me to be flexible with my part time hours, spread them across the week (and weekend if needed) and work early/late.

My DH can also WFH and be flexible, so that makes it easier as we can take it in turns!

I do feel quite lucky to be able to do this as I know not everyone can.
