We had an online order this morning. We are self isolating as our children are both incredibly vulnerable (on ventilator). The driver was very respectful of this, stood by van whilst we unpacked and didn’t rush us even though the whole thing took 3 times as long.

We did a big shop but the kind of big shop we would do once a month anyway not panic buying big and we only had a couple of substitutions and one thing unavailable.

I am really hoping that people who can go to the shops will do so leaving the online slots for those self isolating. Hopefully the end of panic buying is in sight too as people realise that even if we lock-down food shopping is still allowed and food deliveries will still happen.

Can't get a delivery sit here at all and the shelves are empty in the shops. There are no slots to leave for those self isolating!

No slots available. Had one booked in advance 2 weeks ago that arrived yesterday. Half of it missing as place was ransacked at 6am. Don't want to go out to a crowded supermarket full of numptees but we have no meals.

Please please forward this on to Tesco, the individual store as well as customer services. These drivers are getting such a hard time right now, I'm so pleased your delivery went well and hope your dc are ok Thanks

I am isolating with my daughter due to underlying condition. Can’t online shop, can’t get to the shops. I am eating a minimal amount so I can feed my daughter. I hope the whole food shopping situation will be rectified soon.

I was extremely surprised that we were able to get as much as we were. We do know how lucky we are and immediately ‘paid it forward’ by working out what we had a little extra of and offering it to our neighbours e.g we got a pack of 24 toilet rolls so we will give a couple of rolls to all of our elderly and vulnerable neighbours.

I am really sorry to hear that Phoenix I do hope it all settles down soon and you are able to get what you need!

Can't book a delivery for weeks here, no milk in the local store and none in the corner shops.
