To cut a long story short I am arriving home tomorrow after being abroad for the last 2 weeks, well before things escalated. We are lucky to have been able to change flights and I am desperate to get home safely. I’ve been glued to the news and messages from friends have got me incredibly worried about the situation in supermarkets and shops.
We tend to keep a small stock at home of tinned goods, pulses, rice, flour, spices and herbs. But I don’t think we have enough to get us through 2 weeks of self isolation if needs be. From what I’ve heard local shops in Yorkshire have been running out of the basics- eggs, milk, bread, meat.
DH and I will be working from home and he has underlying health conditions so I’m trying to prepare myself on the way home as to what I should do. Any help or advice grateful appreciated!
