Londoners - are you wearing a mask if/when you go out?

Just wondering. I have a cotton one with disposable PM 2.5 filters. Not sure how effective it is but some of the studies I looked at are reassuring. I'm a single parent. I have to go out for shopping a couple of times a week and also walk the dog. Haven't worn it outside yet but will tomorrow.
