Have a vulnerable category DH and am unable to get hand gel anywhere. The two tiny bottles I had from Aldi are close to finishing.

Any ideas, please???

Rubbing alcohol definitely.

Surgical spirit from Superdrug or pharmacy.

Soap really is a better option, if possible. Are you isolating, or are you out and about?

amandalives · 19/03/2020 00:02

I haven't seen any for weeks. Asked staff at boots, they said when they get a delivery they put it behind the counter and give to customers who ask but it seems out quickly. Ring up your local one to see if they do this too. Also go on Superdrug, if you add them to your basket it tells you if they could be in your local store, then ring up explain your situation and they may reserve for you.

Dunno if you are in Scotland? But lots of breweries and distilleries selling hand gel due to demand. Don't know if they would do online but maybe try 'brewdog' ? Good luck

Soap and water. Far better than hand gel. If you NEED it to be liquid use shampoo.
