Sorry if this has been asked before but there's an LOT of threads to trawl through.

If the Government announce we are in lockdown, will they give us time to change plans/move elsewhere? I'm in London in a small flat with a toddler and 4 week old newborn. I would rather head to my parents house in the Shires if I can (larger house with garden etc) so we don't incompletely mad inside. My family has already been observing social distancing for a week (we haven't seen anyone other than my parents for over a week) so there wouldn't be a risk if we drove up to them.
