At risk - how to shop

Genuine question how should at risk people shop.

Online shopping has gone into a melt down. Ocado can't cope, Sainsburys, Asda, tesco and Morrision having ridiculous subs or quarter orders delievred locally.

Large family - need a lot of stuff - can't expect others to help especially as the shops are now completely empty locally. A couple closed due to lack of stock. Morrisions Tesco Sainsburys and Asda had not fresh veg,, fruit. meat fish, bread, milk pasta rice, cleaning products, soap showergel, cat and dog food, tinned veg, sauces tinned fruit flour sugar or butter.

Getting enough food for one meal means driving miles and possibly visiting many shops.
