I'm on antibiotics after a telephone triage with gp due to infection. So obviously I have a temp. Feel fine otherwise. Am I still meant to self isolate?? I'm so confused

I don't want to not be at work unnecessarily as NHS. I really don't know what to do for the best. Infection is an ear infection.
