Do I need to self isolate?

Yesterday I had a tickly cough, this is something I often get. Also been Insane use of disinfectant at work which might have irritated it. Last night sore throat, intermittent cough, not consistent. Temp 37.4-37.6 which is higher than my usual but nhs says 37.8?

I'm working from home today sort of and then day off tomorrow. Obviously if i still feel unwell I'll stay off work but if im better can I go to work?

Also Dp, who is self employed? Dd and school although i think her school is shutting so it's academic.

Already have a number of people self isolating at work so the business is under strain. It's not possible to work from home

Based on the fact you have a new, dry cough I would isolate. 7 days for you and 14 for everyone else.
