If a health care worker had to self isolate due to their child having a temp and following government guidelines would they get paid?

Yes I am
And it's also going to be recorded as special leave not sick leave
Unless I get ill

We have to work from home, take two days carers leave and the rest is annual leave

WeShouldBeFriends · 18/03/2020 11:12

Yes I would get 2 weeks paid leave

Zacharyezrarawlings · 18/03/2020 11:15

I would. Recorded under a special code on record as well.

Yogawoogie · 18/03/2020 11:24

Yes. It’s recorded under a snow day code I think.
Hope your dd feels better soon

joan just lie and say you're the one with symptoms. If you have to use annual leave every time your'e off for two weeks every time a family member develops symptoms, that's potentially all your leave gone pretty damned quick.
