I haven't been coughing much, haven't had a temperature (just 37.6 but I normally run at 36 4) have been home schooling the kids ok since Monday.
Woke up just feeling off today. And now it feels like I just can't breathe. Still not coughing though... At home with the kids so can't get I'll!!

Same as many on here, I have had a sore throat with an annoying dry cough since Saturday. Last week I was just absolutely exhausted, practically crawling into bed at 8pm. I'm a bit wheezy but have mild asthma so not unusual. I'm still breathing fine but tbh wouldn't want it to get any worse. Temp running at 37.4, so fine, but I'm usually 36.4. Hard to know what to do really except stay at home.

WhyNotMe40 · 18/03/2020 13:10

My temperature is currently 37.2 (normally 36.4) tried to get out of bed and had to lie on the floor due to dizziness. Every time I sit up I feel like there's a lump between my throat and lungs stopping me from breathing

Call your gp for advice if you need to. They may well tell you to just call 111 who I have read are a nightmare to get through to. My 15 year old has the exact same symptoms as me but shes coughing lots too and we are both shattered so I'm not thinking for a second its anxiety. I wouldnt if I were you either. If you need to seek help, do it without a second thought.

I have same symptoms. Difficulty breathing but no cough or temperature. Don’t want to bother drs at this time.

WhyNotMe40 · 18/03/2020 13:43

No I don't want to bother the doctors either. For starters if this isn't CV I will risk genuinely catching it, and secondo I can sti do stuff, just slowly and sitting down lots

Omg I can breath again! Phew! Started coughing and clearing my throat loads and so much metallic tasting mucus has shifted and all of a sudden I'm not feeling like I just want to lie in the floor all the time!

Thats me got a temp of 37.9 which is high compared to my normal and I'm getting weird shooting pains in my veins in my wrist hands and legs.

WhyNotMe40 · 19/03/2020 10:43

And today I'm fine, just having to clear my throat a bit. Temp back to normal, near normal energy levels, appetite back up (but I've lost 8 pounds in the last week due to nausea, so silver linings..)
I really really hope that was it and I'm now immune!

I had this, last night was the most scary.
I have a pulse oximeter bought ages ago though and my oxygen percentage never dropped.
Bit of mucus this morning, and I feel loads more like myself.
I’m not prone to anxiety and have never had a tight chest like that before, so although it could be all in my head I do wonder.
Cases locally too.

WhyNotMe40 · 19/03/2020 10:57

Mayybe it was all in my head and anxiety... I don't t know, wish I did!

Last night things got really bad for me temp went up to 38.5, I was shivering and sweating profusely. Shooting pains all over my body, my head was throbbing and I was really breathless and getting a shooting pain in my right lung on breathing in.

Never slept well as I was so uncomfortable. Today I'm doped up on paracetamol and feeling slightly better. Still breathless and exhausted and got pains all over my body but the paracetamol has brought my temp down and minimised headache and lung pain. I'm in bed again but managed to get up and hang a wash up, put another in and do a quick tidy breathlessly.

I had all these symptoms middle of feb. Still cant take a proper deep breath in now.
