Calling BBTers: temperature rise

I've had cold symptoms for the last five days but not a cough (at all, though sometimes feels a bit thick to breathe, from being bunged up though no runny nose) or temperature above 37.8. So I'm not self-isolating. But as someone who neurotically / self-monitoringly has taken their BBT temperature most mornings for the last decade I'm noticing something weird. Anyone else? My temperature is normally 36.2/3 before ovulation and in the 36.7s afterwards. After dropping to normal on the day my period started (definitely not pregnant!) since Friday (cycle day 3) it's been 36.8. In literarily over 100 cycles I've never seen this low persistent rise though obviously have been ill and sometimes had a couple of days of much higher temperatures. Not worried about my own health (though will be avoiding contact with two relatives in their 60s tomorrow). But curious about whether this indicates some low-grade infection, whether other charters have seen similar...? And slightly worried about whether I might actually be infectious. I live and work in central London and through work normally come into contact with large groups of people.
(The idea of not owning a thermometer was pretty unthinkable to me -- mine has been a stalwart of pregnancy prevention and prediction for years!)
