Returned from Spain. Self isolate?

I've just returned from Spain, Alicante sort of area. It was pretty scary and I wasn't sure I'd be able to get home but I managed to get a flight yesterday.

I can't seem to find any official advice that I have to self isolate on my return (but please do let me know if I've missed it).

Would you? As far as I know work are expecting me in the office as normal. They haven't yet contacted me but I'm going to check with them first.

I'm not showing symptoms but then of course I likely wouldn't be yet.

Do I carry on as normal but really look out for any sort of symptoms in case?

Hi my parents came home at weekend from Spain and they have to self isolate for 2 weeks, we are in Ireland , these are from our health service executive

I did read about Ireland. But nothing in England. Nothing was said at airport.
