How do you register for online grocery priority ?

I have 6 members of a family of 7 in at risk groups the one who technically is t is a toddler....
One on PIP one on dla, others with respiratory and heart issues but no dla and other serious condition how do I register with them that we are eligible for priority for online we cannot leave the house now ?

try calling customer services? sainsburys have said they will do this, priority for vulnerable, disabled etc but how the feck do they know if anyone is is disabled... you could check thats actually true while at it

I have been asking Ocado if the do/will do this

They have yet to answer. They keep sending other answers about COVID operating issues, and I keep asking

Perhaps if a few more people email about it, they might
a) answer the sodding question, and
b) given that other supermarkets are introducing it, work out how to follow suit before too long

I managed to get through after an hour they don’t know yet they said there will be another Email when they work out how to check who can be prioritised
