Those who is practicing self-isolation, what are your tips to not get bored af? I'm sick of TV and I don't use much of social networks (except for Mumsnet and Insta). I have a list of books to read but it feels like that's not enough.

You need to actually start reading, not just make a list.

Me and my husband have brought an Xbox to play. We also plan to organise the house and clean the garden, pot some plants etc. I have a dress pattern to make. Look at what hobbies you haven't had time to do and go from there.

If there are things you had no time for, this is a perfect moment to pay attention to them. Like gardening or maybe cooking. I'm preparing a gift for my SIL who is in another country (so it will take some time for the present to be delivered), I'm making a photo calendar for her and also knitting a cardigan. This really takes some time. Also it is a good time to look forsome new music.

Have been quarantined here for a week already. Its fine actually, I have loads of stuff to do.

Gardening, DIY, Home projects - have been gardening here, painting fence, have several pairs of new curtains that need shortening and will start some artwork for living room if time.

Work-related stuff - I am actually on Maternity, but tidying up any tax-related bits, new clients, some advertising.

Baby due next month, so have some crochet bits I can start, sorting stuff in general.

Cooking - have batch cooked some dishes and cake. Will either eat soon if can't get out at all or later if all clears up sooner.

Home detox - bagging bits for charity, sorting out kitchen drawers, clean stuff that never gets done ie ontop wardrobe

Social - facetime family, chat to neighbours at distance from gardens.

Excercise - We are still allowed out here for local walks, so DH and I have been going for a short walk 1-2 times a day. Yoga 30mins.
